Just one faint stretch
of a quivering jaw
to snake-charm an expectant tongue
out of its rosy leash
She finds something she lost
In a palatable poem blotting
sticky-stained into her deeps
Her irises glaze
imbued with a heady afterglow
As she lets her saliva steep
Sunny leaks of forbidden fruit
casting her away
dangling in a sea of dopamine.
